Convenient hotel for the train station. Reception staff very helpful. Comfortable beds and very large room and bathroom (to sleep family of 5). Good value for Zurich.

This hotel has two buildings, the units we rented were i the first building. The reception and the restaurant is located in the second building. Units were all well maintained. Near a bus station that goes directly to Zurich Airport and near a train station.

Beautiful property. Housekeeping does a good job. Front desk staff is alright though not particularly welcoming even though they know customers have traveled from afar. They never return emails sent to them prior to our arrival when we had questions. I even asked the staff and they didn’t have an answer. Strange.

Was told at check in we got free breakfast as Expedia members. Turns out only one of us did. Not one free breakfast but for one person after we ate and left I found a charge on our credit card. Don't stay here as they will tell you it's free but hit your card when you eat it
