The hotel was great for one night but no great shakes. Very plain - in a rather boring area - nothing around to walk to. Really need car if you're staying here. I found Yarmouth rather overstated. Nice lake but you can easily skip Yarmouth.

This hotel is excellent. Modern rooms and we were on the top floor which I loved. No noise and comfy beds. The staff at the front desk were amazing. A great experience and we would go back!

Excellent hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful. I loved the lobby design. The check-in desk is surrounded by a seating area (chairs, tables, comfy sofa, bar stalls, private cosy study spaces etc). This the breakfast area but also doubles as a hangout space. With 24/7 tea and coffee in the lobby it is an wonderful place to hang out if you want to get out of your room for a while and change scenery. I loved this hotel. I have stayed at several hotels in Yarmouth and this is BY FAR the best!!!
