Stayed at this hotel for one night. It could use some updating in the lobby area but apart from this it was fine. Loved the view of the harbour from our room.

We have stayed at the Rodd Inn a few times in the past several years. In recent years the upgrades have given this hotel a whole new feel but kept its nostalgia. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is a bit small and the toilets are quite low, however very clean. The entire lobby is tastefully decorated for Christmas We had the wings and Donair, very tasty and nicely plated We found the hotel to be in a good location and value priced

Quiet and comfy beds. Very strong scent products
Hotel felt very dated and was very smelly. Assuming they are using febreeze like products to mask years of being a smoking friendly hotel. The parking lot was dark and we half felt like we were on edge walking through the lot as well as the hotel. The room itself was comfy and quiet with a nice view of the water and the food was good.

Packed in with neighbors in an empty motel. Paper thin walls and when my neighbors conversed or entered the room I had to double check to ensure they were not entering my room. Worst hotel during my three week tour of the Atlantic Provinces in which all other hotels were 5 star reviews. Frustration only exacerbated by an apathetic response from the customer representative at checkout. I will be returning to the Maritimes but not to a Rodd property.

Hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. This is an older hotel and as such is priced lower then other hotels in the area. It is located right on the main street and is very walkable. Would stay here again.
