These properties and the grounds are maintained to an excellent standard. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. The location with access to shops and restaurants. The only down side was that the usual selection of shops and restaurants were not available and their opening hours were also curtailed.

Loved everything no problems at all. The property was kept clean at all times. The gardens were.lovely and peaceful. The villa was very bear to beach and a nice stroll to restaurants.

Lovely stay, just a couple of niggles.
Lovely semi detached bungalow set in pleasant gardens with your own private terrace. Bit dissapointed to find that the bungalows 9 -18 didn't have a pool and even though the pool was in the other bungalow area a short walk away, there were no toilet facilities that we could find which meant if you needed the loo you had to walk back to your own accommodation.This proved a problem on the day of checkout although there was somewhere to store our luggage if we had chosen to spend time round the pool before out flight we would have had no toilet facilities at all. We were offered use of a courtesy room which ended up being located at the other side of Playa Blanca which was no good for us as we didn't have transport. The road noise was slightly more than we anticipated as our accommodation was only set back around 30 metres from the road. In general the bungalow was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The welcome pack of food, beer & wine was the best we have ever received.

These properties are excellent. They are done to a good standard and the welcome pack was a nice touch. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back without any issue.

We had a brilliant stay at Lanzasuites. The suite is ideal for a couple or two friends. Located just outside the main area but with a pleasent walk into the town to the shops, restaurants and bars. Woud highly recommend.

WOW! This property is amazing! Excellent position 5 minutes walk to Flamingo beach and 5 minutes walk to the harbour in Playa Blanca. The villas are modern and very clean. The correspondence from the villas was excellent and the staff very welcoming. Quiet and relaxing with all the amenities you require. The villas are close to bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the bus station for the airport bus to and from the resort (€3.30ew). Will definitely recommend and we will be staying in the villas again!

Excellent location for these small villas set in pretty gardens across from the sea front. Able to walk to small sandy beach within 5 minutes and in other direction along to sea front to Marina Rubicon, past plenty of shops and restaurants in about 45 minutes. The villas are very well equipt with welcome pack, cooking facilitates, washing machine coffee machine, wine cooler etc. The are very clean, comfortable beds, 2 x TVs, good shower and the gardens well kept with loungers and table and chairs on your private patio and day beds in the grounds. We stayed villa 16 which was sunny, the pool is located with the other villas across the road. Would recommend these to stay here.

El alojamiento está sucio, viejo y paredes con humedad, la habitación huele mucho a humedad. No limpian la habitación a diario. No volvería nunca a este hotel, y está al lado de la carretera, mucho ruido. Horrible

Moderne suite met een heerlijk groot bed. Problemen, zoals een slecht doorlopende afvoer, werden direct opgelost. Lanzasuites bestaat uit tweegedeelten, suites 1 t/m 10, waar het zwembad is en suites 11 t/m 16 zonder zwembad. Wij zaten in het 2e gedeelte, heerlijk rustig.
