It has 4 bedrooms that are distributed in: two bedrooms (one with balcony) with double beds on the first floor, a bedroom with 1 double bed & 1 single bed and another one with with 1 single bed.
It has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub on the first floor and the other with a shower on the ground floor.
The independent kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
This property also has three air conditioners whose operation is with coin system. One in the living room, another in the master bedroom and in the double bed room (see photos).
In the outdoor area you can enjoy the swimming pool and a pool table.

Playa Blanca is the southernmost town on the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist enclave on the island. It belongs to the municipality of Yaiza and in recent decades has experienced a boom in the tourism sector that has made it a highlight and of enormous interest to those who visit the island.
A small sandy beach in the heart of the village gives its name to the place. With a strong fishing tradition, the town of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to become a point of interest not only tourist but also cultural whose port allows maritime connection with the neighboring island of Fuerteventura by ferry.
The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo (voted "Best Beach in Spain" by Condé Nast Traveler readers), where the first documented conquistadors entered still maintain a halo of mystery as they are located within the Natural Monument of the Ajaches with its almost two kilometers where you will find several coves of golden sand and turquoise waters.
Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that borders almost the entire coast and allows you to enjoy walks that will take you from the Coloradas to the Faro de Pechiguera in whose enclave you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
From Playa Blanca it is easy to travel to visit the island by car. You will find the Timanfaya National Park just 20 minutes away, within which are located the Fire Mountains, one of the enclaves of the island not to be missed on your visit as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo.
