I loved the location. There are several options to dine out and shop. The community was quiet and peaceful. I was able to walk my dogs with ease no matter what time of day. It was a pet friendly environment. I liked the size of the room. It was very cozy. The kitchen was furnished. My dislikes were the condition of the refrigerator. The fridge door handle was discolored and the exterior was rusty on the right side. At checkout the front desk staff on duty could not locate the baggage cart and recommended we walk over to the neighboring hotel, Sleep Inn, to get one of theirs at 5:00 am! Needless to say it took longer to checkout because we had to make several trips to the car. Poor hospitality!

Comfortable stay for good price
Comfortable, clean suites in Wilmington. I came here for a half-ironman race and this was a perfect type of space and was conveniently located near a lot of shops and restaurants. Great quality for the price.

The room exceeded expectations. Everything was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable and fresh. Any issues that we had were promptly resolved and we felt comfortable and respected as guests. When I come back to Wilmington, I am staying here and I would highly recommend to those who are looking for a safe, affordable, and good experience visiting Wilmington.

We stayed four nights and it was very comfortable. The free breakfast was nice. The patio off of the breakfast room looked great with freshly planted flowers. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice.
The room was better than expected. I loved the separation of the sleep area from the living area. The kitchen area was well equipped including cooking utensils, dishes and a toaster. The staff was very professional. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to expand the breakfast options.

Furnishings in my room were very dated and in need of replacement. Desk chair had an arm that had been mended; sofa and chair were both broken down and needed a bed pillow or two to make comfortable. However, for the price I am willing to accept these failings as I do not normally spend a lot of time in the room.

Everything was good except the smell of the room was horrible. Not sure if it was because it was a pet room. Or the shampoo on the rugs but using the fan for air conditioner made it way worse.

Great location. Good choice when traveling with dogs. Nice bedding. OK breakfast. Friendly staff. Didn't like dirty floor in uncarpeted area. Should be wet mopped more frequently. I used paper towels to wipe up water spilled by the dog. Made paper towel black with filth. Room rate was great. Overall, satisfied.

I wasn’t too happy that the comforter on my bed had a blood stain. Even though it had been washed, it should have been thrown away. The wall by the toilet looked like it had feces on it.

Disliked that my insulin medication was thrown away by the housekeeping staff I returned to the hotel within a couple of hours of realizing I had left my medicine behind. Very upset about this situation.
