The property is conveniently located and the staff were friendly and helpful. But I book a room to get sleep and that’s impossible if it’s not dark. The window shade was flimsy at best and the light from the parking lot streamed in. There clearly used to be a second shade—there was a chain for it. But it was gone. This was very disappointing as we’d driven 6 hours and were quite tired. Then in the am we go to shower and there was basically no water pressure. Don’t know if we got a bum room or if this experience is common, but I can’t say we’d stay again.

The property was fine and everything was clean. The service was very good. The only concern I had (as a woman), was walking around the back of the property at night or early morning, while it was still dark. There were no close back doors leading to where I was parked, so that was uncomfortable.

When we checked in they did not have any key cards available to get into our room! We had to get an employee and wait every time we wanted to get into our room or the ice machine room.

The best thing we enjoyed about this stay was dining. Although the menu was limited the chef had a great amount of pride and concern for her customers. She’s definitely a keeper and should be recognized as such.

The hotel looks inviting on the outside & in the lobby. I have a mold allergy & was wondering why I couldn’t stop sneezing while I was sleeping. I went to shower in the morning & noticed there is mold on the ceiling I. The bathroom & there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I advised the front desk, and since I booked through Irbitz there wasn’t anything they could do.

The sheets on both beds in our room were very loose. This caused lumps and gathering of material instead of a smooth surface to sleep on. Went to the restaurant for breakfast and after waiting for an hour for our omelette and biscuit with jelly, we left without eating. We were told that there was only one cook in the kitchen. Staff was apologetic.
