There was no hot water in my room the whole time I was there. They couldn’t fix it. The best they could do was tell me run the sink at the same time to circulate the hot water better.

It was just what i was looking for. Familiar with the area, wanted something close to Metro, and lot's of other options. Elsadig made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in the door. Explained everything in a friendly, fun way. Room was comfortable and quiet. Had a drink and bite in Certo, it was great and Raheem took good care of us. I will stay here again.

My girl was upset there was no full mirror in our suite. Had no access to the vehicle once you parked it. Sofa bed was extremely rough. Wouldn’t spend the money to stay there again though.

Upgraded to King Size for a discounted rate. Regardless keep in mind that rooms don't have microwave or fridge. Valet parking is quite expensive. Around $60. Area is okay, but a little sketchy. Walking distance to the National Mall and Georgetown though which is nice. Wouldn't prefer to stay here again, but was fine for this time.

1. none of the lights were plugged in when i got to the room; furthermore, they were all using orange extension cords and seemed very unprofessional 2. bathroom layouts are awful, and shower pressure was very minimal 3. tv location made no sense
