The hotel is generally in a very poor state of repair. Wallpaper in the room was tattered, we had issues with running hot water, sound proofing and light proofing. The beds were generally comfy and the room was massive but they don't provide room service. Towels were changed everyday but the room was not cleaned even once during our stay. This was the worst holiday inn I've stayed in worldwide.

If you are looking for a hotel one star up from a homeless encampment, this is the place for you. It is expensive and shabby, which leads one to believe the owners are trying to squeeze every last drop of blood out of the building and its guests. Walking the halls and riding theelevator I am reminded of Shakespeare’s King Lear, “Expose thyself to feel what wretches feel, That thou mayst shake the superflux to them, And show the heavens more just.”

The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is very dated and needs major upgrades. Housekeeping could definitely improve as they replenished out towels but never made the bed. The location is fantastic with many restaurants nearby and ease of getting around.
