Sehr geehrte/r Anonymous, vielen Dank, dass Sie hier die kürzlichen Erfahrungen mit unserem Hotel teilen. Wir freuen uns zu lesen, dass Ihnen besonders unsere ruhige Lage und die Nähe des Zimmers zu den zentralen Punkten des Hotels gefallen hat. Auf der anderen Seite bedauern wir, dass Ihnen die Ausstattung unseres Badezimmers nicht zugesagt hat. Wir hätten über dieses gerne bereits während Ihres Aufenthalts Bescheid gewusst, um Ihnen den Vorschlag das Zimmer zu tauschen, unterbreiten zu können. Des Weiteren möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass unser Hotel kein self catering in den Zimmern anbietet, da diese nicht über eine Küche verfügen.
