CitizenM has over exceeded my expectations! The check-in/check-out process is so easy and there is always an ambassador hanging around to assist if you need any help or have any questions/concerns. The rooms are super cool with iPad controlled features such as opening/closing day curtains and blackout curtains, controlling the brightness and color of lighting, controlling tv, etc. The view was amazing from the 8th floor and the NoMa location is so convenient with a Metro station close by, grocery and drug stores and great dining options close by. I truly enjoyed my stay and have already booked my next trip!

The hotel has a good modern vibe. Staff good. bed was very hard and room very small especially bathroom where its impossible to dry after shower. however the room tech is great and lobby is cool.

The room was very small. The bathroom sink had absolutely no water pressure. The room darker was broken. Reported it to management twice it never got fixed so I had to sleep with no curtains or shades. I asked for another room and was told no. Neighborhood was dirty and a lot of armed police with machine guns walking around. That in itself tells you the story about the neighborhood. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. I myself would never stay here again, even for free.

Hotel is very well located. It’s close to sights and great dining. Can’t miss Ted’s Bulletin and The Red Hen. Definitely would stay again. Must note the rooms are tiny but they have lots of sitting areas to chill.
