I would give this property 5 stars if it wasn’t for the bed. This mattress had to have been THE worst mattress I have ever slept on in a hotel. It’s hard as a rock and is very uncomfortable. I was in town for a work trip so most of my time spent at this hotel was for sleep, and unfortunately, the mattress made it a restless night. Pros: the refillable water bottles were a fantastic idea. I made use of the complimentary filtered water frequently. The $20 breakfast was TOP NOTCH. Excellent, quality selection (various breads, eggs, chicken sausage, smoked salmon, fresh avocado) all the way down to the choice of ketchup (Sir Kensington’s!). The blackout curtains, complimentary WiFi, and rain shower in the room were great. The rooms are small, but efficient. Also loved the complimentary steamer room - great thought! Again, this hotel was 10/10 BUT FOR the mattress. Because sleep is such an important part of the hotel experience, I had to knock off some stars off the review because the mattress was shockingly awful. PLEASE update your bedding!

I arrived around midnight on Friday and staff greeted me very warm and welcoming. The front desk agent was amazing, I can’t remember her name but was very profesional, communicated property details very well while making good eye contact. She showed passion, professionalism, and great attention to detail. I had to leave early each morning and she was greeting not only me but others while attending her set up task. I’ve been in the industry for 20 years and she is a gem and deserves to be groomed for management. Cleanliness over all was good, there was hand marks on the desk area and a couple spilled spots on the floor. Overall experience was great.
