Apartment was not equipped as described in the booking process. Reception ignored my sms and calls when I wanted to inform them. Very noisy and lots of homeless people hanging out outside the building Lots of drunk young people screaming late in the night in the area.

This is a brilliant place to stay, the check in was smooth and easy and the staff were very friendly. The 2 bed apartment we stayed in was amazing and really clean and spacious! We will definitely stay here again.

We so lucked in with booking here. Spacious apartment - not just a room with en-suite. This had a living room (approx 18x18) double bedroom about the same size, hallway, shower room, fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. All cookware and crockery/cutlery, sink. The only down side was Friday and Saturday nights, there is a club behind (nearest the bedroom) with loud club music until around 3:00am. Even the double glazing was defeated!

The royal residence is not royal at all ! The place looks and smells like an old apartment building. Entrance to the building is located in the back of the building through two graffiti painted entrance gates to an internal yard. At night homeless drunk people lay close to the entrance. The apartment door was a heavy metal door (!). living room sofa was falling apart and was not comfortable at all. Kitchen was very well equipped (didn't use it) but overall is in bad condition (lamination piling and hinges in a bad condition). Beds were very comfortable (looked new from IKEA) and although facing a main road the a street noises were very well damped. The apartment is very big and specious. Very well situated in the middle of Warsaw with a lot of restaurants around and close to main transportation options.

Located in center, good space, good for baby with the kitchen and microwave. Drawback : Shower was not great, with hot water not working in shower, and could have been cleaner. Still OK for price Careful no reception if you arrive late

The worst hotel stay ever
The entrance is very difficult to find ( no signage); reception also difficult to find and on the first floor with no lift, narrow staircase. After check in we were redirected to another street no. few buildings down the rd. Again stairs with no lift. Bathroom in need of renovation, pealing ceiling, mould around the shower, laminate pealing / chipped on vanity, no grout between tiles. Hot water only for a few minutes so the next person to have a shower has to wait for the water to heat up. Bed I had to make myself, no doona cover. Very noisy at night even with windows closed; also very light at night from street lighting as there are no curtains. We were unable to sleep at all. The table in front of tv in the living room wrong shape and material: huge glass , square hard to see and in the way so we both bumped into it a few times and got bruises. Horrible experience. Would strongly advise against using this hotel

Typical Tourist trap. Low quality.
This is the lowest level of apartment. The whole flow is to draw extra money here and there from tourist visiting Warsaw. Electric power outlets and water blender completely loose. So don’t bring children to the place. Low service minded and rude staff. Warning if your plane is late, you have to pay extra 30% for late checkin. This is not comparable value vs price level to other apartments in this price range. Avoid unless you can’t find any other alternative.

Nice place to crash.
Nice place. Neat area. Lots of dining and shopping. Short walk to train station. The worst part was the bar downstairs partied until 3:30AM and the talking and yelling was like they were in the room.

Very quiet down-town location
The flat gave on the very quiet yards of the Nowy Swiat (I feared noice from the street but there was none). However I did not manage to switch on TV channels (Combox couldn't work - there should be at least some instructions) despite several attempts to do so. As Ihad to work and needed internet - another weak point as the connection is poor. However location with many lovely coffee places and restaurants proved very pleasant. Walking distance to most pretty old town.

Location and size!
This location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to great restaurants, easily catch taxis or Über to museums, have drinks at local bars, etc. The space is large and we'll appointed. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great apartment hotel in the middle of old town
Fantastic location and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff and a realy nice welcome. The only disadvantage is the lack of lift. The reception and the lowest apartments are at the second floor (european) and there is no assistance to carry up your luggage. I was told that they are going to install a lift next year. The overall advantages are by far worth the extra effort... I warmly recommend the place!!!
