Within walking distance of the main train station (maybe 8 minutes). Straight walk down to Nowy Swiat and the Old Town area (15-20 mins). Hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms are a fair size with good bathroom and shower facilities. Great breakfast with so much to choose from - You will eat well here! Cannot complain. I would stay here again! DN.

I tried changing the dates on my reservation. They told me I can't. The reservation was nonrefundable. Never again will I deal with Expedia and Novotel. Time for these companies to go away.

In general it’s ok for a 4 stars hotel. Clean, comfy bed, pillows. House keeping was good The bathroom sometimes has sewage smell, no hair conditioner or body lotion, Should have a choice of gas or still water bottles.

Convenient and central location in Warsaw city centre, with access to public transit right outside the door. Room was clean and modern. Buffet breakfast is very overpriced, opted for restaurants around the hotel.
