I am very pleased to hear, you found our room to have sufficient amenities and also the fact you liked our bathroom and its amenities which are of high quality indeed, however when it comes to your room, it is such unfortunate you have not enjoyed its size, which I am really sorry to hear. This is due to the building being historic and listed, therefore we are not able to influence the size of rooms in the listed part in any way also, I understand you have booked a historic attic room, which is smaller than standard historic, modern or our suites. I also would like to apologise that you have felt lost due to the language barrier. It is true, most of our highly trained and dedicated staff speaks English as English is an international language and the most spoken language in the world, having said that we also have some members of staff, which are able to speak German. Our team is very delighted, you and your partner enjoyed food at our Restaurant Sissi, our food is always made from fresh ingredients and also, I am pleased to hear you liked the service you and your partner have received, finally I would like to inform you, that we do have porter service available at the hotel, daily from between 8am up to 8 pm, should any guest want porter service outside of these hours our dedicated members of reception team will be more than happy to assist.
