The property was nice. However, the weather wasn’t good because of Hurricane Debbie. Also, the property closed their pools at 8:00 which was very disappointing and no hot tub.

Sandbridge condos
The condo and facility were great. The only problem that I had was the air conditioning cannot keep up with the outside heat. It would be cool in the morning, but warm up rather quickly to 76-78 degrees by late afternoon. They did have someone come out to look at it quickly, but he just changed a filter. I think that there is more of a problem. It was still well worth the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The beach is amazing and it was nice that the storage unit had all the amenities needed. The room appeared like it had been recently updated and also had everything needed to enjoy your stay. The only downside is that it is a inner unit without a ocean view from the balcony. Overall this was a good place to stay for the week.

Great condo!
This was a great condo, very clean, and well-maintained. We loved how close the property was to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs, etc. available to use in the storage locker, and the balcony overlooking the pool was perfect to relax. Our kids loved the air hockey and pool table. We would stay here again if we come back to Sandbridge.

Great Condo!
The condo was great! Exactly as shown on the listing and well kept / clean. Our favorite was sitting on the outside patio in the evenings - great patio furniture! Karita was great and communicated well. If we ever return to VA Beach - we will for sure stay in this condo again. The property itself is a little older than I expected and the pool bar which I was leaning on to get burgers for lunch is closed for remodel. I did not find that out until we arrived. Of course that has nothing to do with the condo or the listing. The condo is great! I am just sharing the overall property as well.

Perfect quiet Thanksgiving Holiday
We came to bring Thanksgiving dinner to our sons girlfriend in the Navy and had everything we need for a comfortable stay and to prepare a full holiday meal with her. Wish the hot tub had been working but other than that everything was perfect

Great vacation spot
Clean, kid-friendly condo with nice amenities. The pool was awesome even though the weather was a little cooler and great beach access. There was some nice beach supplies available too. The check in process was a little confusing but we figured it out fairly quickly. Overall I would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Sandbridge. The only true complaint I have is the main building itself and confusion upon arrival. Not knowing the difference between building A and B and no clear directions as to how to get to our condo. There are not a lot of building workers to ask questions to or even to let people into the lobby. The code given did not work….ever. All other residents complained of the same thing. The pool was also shut down at early hours and sometimes not even open by 10 am. NONE OF THESE COMPLAINTS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE CONDO ITSELF OR THE OWNER OR THE PROPERTY MANAGER. (They we’re all wonderful) HUGE SHOUT OUTS TO KARITA, the prop manager for her constant help, professionalism, kindness and humor!! That woman deserves a raise!!!! Also A HUGE shoutout to Chantel who helped me a couple of times with directions and assisted with a huge load of groceries up to the 4th floor. She also helped us unload groceries…keeps the building property pristine and is happy and joyful in her job. Amazing people. Lovely trip.

Excellent Condo!
We’ve stayed at 4-5 different units in this building, and this was by far, the cleanest and most well-equipped. Check-in was simple and communication with the property owners was seamless. The condo had anything you could possibly need, including a storage unit full of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys/accessories. Our family enjoyed every second of our stay, and we can’t wait to come back to this condo! Thanks for a great week!

Daughter’s Deployment Trip Success!
This place was everything I expected and so much more. The detailed description and the pictures are accurate. I gave a 4 star rating for checkin only because the HOA is doing repairs/updates to the building and the elevator access in the main building was not functioning, and I had to climb 4 flights of stairs just to get access to the unit were the other elevator access keys were located. After that hiccup everything was fine because the elevator’s we used weren’t in the main building. This unit has quick and easy access to the beach which made is super easy for me to do my daily morning walk/run. The views from the beach to the ocean were absolutely stunning. The weather was perfect everyday (not too hot and not too cold). There were some nice restaurants in walking distance with great food. Our favorite in walking distance was Baja and a short drive away was Margie & Rays. The grocery stores and Target were a short drive away as well. The people were super friendly and even the occasional crabs that you’d see in the parking garage and along the beach were as well. I would definitely book again in a season when the pool and hot tub on the premises are open. They were closed during my travel dates. Overall this place really makes you feel like home. Last but certainly not least, whatever time of day or night and whatever that issue (big or small), I was always able to get prompt assistance from property manager, she was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Our family had a wonderful time at the condo our hosts were great and the extras could not have been more thoughtful. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked for our stay. We were really impressed by the beach gear that was available for us. From the chairs to the towels and umbrella and the carts to move everything down to the ocean. A small pool table to keep us busy on that rainy day. All of this and more, I would not hesitate to book this condo again the next time we are in Sandbridge.

Great vacation!
Had a wonderful week…just me and my 2 teen sons. Condo was exactly as described. Beach equipment was fully stocked as well as the condo. It was nice how they had a little bit of stuff (i.e. paper towels, trash bags, detergent, etc to get you started). Had fun playing pool although when we arrived there was one missing ball. We just took out a ball when playing to make it even. No big deal though, but fyi to the owners if they were not aware. The one main pool was closed all week until Friday afternoon so we didn’t get to use it, but that is not the owners fault…plus they at least had the small pool open so we used that. Easy access on and off beach. Only thing was not much to eat or do around the condo, but that I knew going into it when I booked. Even though we had to drive further out it didn’t bother me much. If I ever stayed in this area again I would stay here. :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nicely furnished with a clean, sleek, modern vibe. It was my husband and I in the primary room with the king bed and my 3 yo in the second bedroom. The second bedroom was a great fit for her because it stayed very dark due to the only window in that room facing the walkway of the entrance to the unit. It was nice that we didn’t have to bother setting up her travel blackout curtain. I thought noise from the walkway would be a bigger issue, but it wasn’t. The bed in the primary room was quite soft, a little too soft for us. But the bed in the second bedroom was more of the firmness that we prefer. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and things you’ll need to make meals. We tend to bring plastic kiddie plates with us to rental properties bc we don’t want to risk our little one breaking the owner’s dishes, but we didn’t really need to bc the kitchen was stocked with plastic kiddie plates and cups. The shower heads were at a good placement for tall folks like us. May seem kind of random, but if you’re tall, you notice such things. The storage closet on the ground floor/parking garage was a nice convenience and nicely stocked with chairs and toys and even a cart to help schlep the stuff too and from the beach.
