The resort has nice rooms, great amenities, a beautiful beach and great food! However, the primary items that set it apart from other resorts is the casual environment (not stuffy) and the many activities and events to involve and entertain the guests. Our experience was wonderful. We plan to return in the future.

They spoilt a special occasion by refusing to accept my booking without explaining why. They finally accepted the booking but completely ignored my earlier requests. The stay itself was fine but the earlier anxiety put a bit of a damper on things. More hospitality and communication skills needed.

I jist spent a week at this property with family and friends. Everyone loved it. Literally the only thing I didn't like were the outdated restrooms. Everything else was awesome. It had a few pools, water slides, and a lazy river too. The beach was long and perfect for strolling. The food was excellent and the staff were amazing. Friendly, hard-working people. Couldn't ask for more. The airport was so close, I walked to it to pick up my car rental. Really nice resort. Would recommend to anyone.

An older property but amenities were amazing and, most importantly, even though they were fully booked when we went, there were no lines for anything. Lounger at the pool, on the beach, bars, food, waterslides… we never waited once at any time of day. People were amazing and friendly and there were always staff to ensure you were taken care of. A wonderful vacation for our family.

The property is great, especially for families. There was a good bit of activities and the excursions were good. The rooms could use updating (I could see daylight on both sides of our door and the bathroom shower is tiny). Most staff are very friendly. Front desk lady in the late afternoon (name starts with an S) was rude and is not friendly at all. The nurse couldn’t see so I had to read her what I wrote after getting in a taxi accident) and she didn’t even check my areas of pain.

The property itself is feeling a bit dated. However there are great pools for the kids and great activities. Also the staff were great and beyond friendly. Also can’t beat the all inclusive aspect. Food was extremely generous in terms of amount but had a few tastiness issues here and there. Beach was also beautiful. Overall great hotel and great value.

Every thing was excellent my wife and I had a couples massage. We had Gabby and Crystal and they were fantastic and listening to the waves while having the massage was a added bonus.

Nice resort. Some of the staff were amazing. Avoid the italian restaurant the waitresses are very rude and disrespectful. Also their pick up and drop off option was nice, however the driver who dropped us off was superrr rude (we were trying to get our luggages out of the car and he literally grabbed and threw them on the floor & almost ran us all over)

There’s so much to share about this property! It exceeded beyond all my expectations, but the real highlight was the incredible staff. While everyone was amazing, a few truly stood out. The greeters and front desk team were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast team at Veranda — Nisa, Erica, Dana, and Kiara — provided such a warm and attentive experience. Brad, the waiter at Coconut Walk Market Place, along with Dre and Lawson at the pool bar, made every moment enjoyable. Nicole at the barista station, the pool attendants, and even the gift shop staff were all fantastic. And I’ll never forget Merki at Silk restaurant, who left a lasting impression. She was phenomenal. The team here works seamlessly together, exuding kindness, care, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service. I am sure I'll be back and tell others about it.

Beautiful well maintained and clean resort which is located very close to the airport. Resort staff very friendly and helpful. Food and beverages served were generally very good. An overall great stay at Coconut Bay!
