Very spacious, very well equipped apartment in the residential area. Walking distance to the park and palace. Easily accessible by bus with connections to subway and trains. Very quiet area. Good size kitchen, large living room.

Excellent
Very clean and fully equipped. We loved the lovely garden and our perch on the second floor balcony. All of the second floor was in our use. We slept very well on the firm mattresses. A lovely and quiet residential area. We used Uber to get around and to visit the museums we wished to see. Thank you for your hospitality. If we ever return to Vienna we would stay here again.

A very comfortable apartment
We are two couples who stayed at the apartment for 2 nights. The apartment is lovely. It was perfect for our stay in Vienna. It is very clean and comfortable. It is located outside the city in a peaceful setting. The weather was nice so we enjoyed sitting out in the balcony after a busy day of sight seeing. From the apartment, it is a short walk to both the summer palace .and the transportation into the city. The host and his family were all very welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Tolle Wohnung
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung von der aus Wien mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erkundet werden kann. Wir haben uns in der gemütlich und funktionell eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Unsere Gastgeber, die im Haus wohnen, haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und mit Tipps rund um Wien versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne FeWo in Wien
Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in einer der schönsten Städte Europas verbracht. Dazu beigetragen hat natürlich auch die sehr gemütliche und großzügig geschnittene Wohnung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war tip top sauber und funktionsfähig. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und sehr schön hell. Das Bad ist sehr schön mir ebenerdiger Dusche. Schöne Bilder und Stuck an der Decke machen den Reiz der Wohnung aus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die mit dem ÖPNV hervorragend angebunden ist. Ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir haben den Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr genossen.

Netter Vermieter und gute Lage am Schlosspark
Da wir die Parkplatzsituation in Wien kennen und fürchten war der PKW-Stellplatz die primäre Entscheidungsgrundlage. Auch sonst war alles vorhanden und bei schönem Wetter haben wir auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Es ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 30 min in der Stadtmitte, muss dann aber wieder auf den Berg.

Schöne Altbauwohnung abseits der Innenstadt mit guter Verkehrsanbindung
Geräumige Wohnung im Zweifamilienhaus, obere Etage. Viele Treppen. In der unteren Wohnung leben die Vermieter, sehr nettes Ehepaar. Autostellplatz wird im Hof zur Verfügung gestellt. Wohnsiedlung, ruhige Lage, fußläufig ca. 30 min vom Schloss Schönbrunn. Innenstadt mit Öffis gut erreichbar, ca.5 min zur Bushaltestelle. Wohnung sauber,urig und gemütlich. Schlaf-und Wohnzimmer mit elektrischen Rollos. Durch Erneuerung einiger Küchenutensilien könnte eine deutliche Aufwertung der Wohnung erzielt werden. Brötchen sowie Weiteres kann an der Tankstelle- 2 min Gehweg, erworben werden.

Top Quartier im Wiener Flair
Eine wunderbare Wohnung, die mit Wiener Flair eingerichtet ist. Es hat uns hier wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Es ist genügend Platz vorhanden, auch ein schöner Balkon, und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend und standen uns mit guten Tipps zur Seite. Im Grundstück konnten wir Auto und Fahrräder abstellen, was in Wien sicher keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Eine Bushaltestelle gibt es quasi vor der Haustür und ermöglicht damit problemlos alle Anschlüsse an U- und S-Bahnhöfe. Der Lainzer Tiergarten ist ebenfalls bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar Das Schloss Schönbrunn kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen und genießen. Wir können diese Wohnung gern weiterempfehlen!

Wir kommen wieder!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Alles ist so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, nah am Schloss Schönbrunn. Eine Buslinie hält fast direkt vor der Tür. Danke für den Parkmöglichkeit im Hof. Super nette Vermieter. Beim Check in gleich die besten Tipps bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!
