LOVED LOVED LOVED staying here. It is a cute boutique hotel with lots of personality. The staff is the STAR! They always greet you with a smile, are ready to help and make you feel at home-away-from-home. Special thanks to Alexei, Nico, Leon, Michi, Georg, Joy, Peter and Nipun, all of whom could not done more to make us feel welcome, safe and embraced by Vienna's big heart. The Ruby Lissi has easy access to the subway, the old city center and of course, Wiener Schitzel is everywhere to be found! Arigatou gozaimsau Ruby Lissi!

A real gem in central Vienna, within a walking distance to many attractions! The hotel is modern, my well designed room offered everything you needed to feel comfortable. Capable and friendly staff. I loved their breakfast in the morning and the cozy atmosphere of their well appointed lounge. Will definitely return!

Property is clean and room is a bit on the small size but ok for 2. It is close to subway or tram. It is walkable to many of the popular sites in downtown Vienna. Our room is facing the street and you can hear the people talking from the bar from 2nd floor. I like the taxi waits in a line for customer from the subway station. It was very convenient when time to get to the airport.

A dark dingy hotel , we were there during extensive building work which we were only informed of after booking . When advised of the building work we immediately tried to cancel and the hotel refused - which I think is totally unacceptable given they didn’t disclose at time of booking. We were awoken by loud building works . The hotel staff on site were excellent and totally understood our desire to cancel the last 3 nights which they accommodated. Thank you to the onsite hotel staff . Also the inroom shower was superb.
