Nice room that’s comfy with really good bathroom. Convenient for the rail station but have to get the tram into town but it’s very close by. Very good value for more money.

Handy to central station.
Compact room with tiny but clean and modern bathroom. Could not get room cool with aircoditioner, and discovered that the window opened in the morning Otherwise ok

Comfortable and good location
It’s a great location right beside the train station. The room was very comfortable and had a great bathroom. There’s no safe or coffee maker which I missed but overall a nice hotel. I will mention it was very busy the weekend we were there so check in took longer than normal but not too bad. It does have a nice bar in the lobby.

Directly across the street from Vienna’s Central station. We arrived @9am, the hotel held our bags so we could explore the city.

Came back to this hotel for a day upon a return to the United States. The counter service was horrible. The young lady, there had a very very poor attitude and was really unhappy apparently about being there. The air conditioning had been turned off. It was so hot in our room that the bar of deodorant in my bag melted. We were told sorry nothing we could do about it. The lady at the front desk had been tasked with having a car arrive for us in the morning to take us to the airport the next morning no car and we went back in and there was a very nice gentleman there that then took care of us but everything else about the experience that night was unpleasant. Sad always made our first choice. Not sure if I would do that again.
