The staff at this hotel is excellent and very helpful (especially Francesca). The breakfast buffet had a great selection. We had an early flight home and to hotel provided us with a great take away breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Vienna.

The hotel was lovely! It had the charm of a boutique hotel: the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very knowledgeable and kind! I stayed for a week and loved every minute of it.

My husband and I had a four night stay here and everything was perfect. The staff is outstanding. They're friendly, very helpful, and always concerned for their guests' comfort and safety. The breakfast was of a good variety and delicious. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was just right. There is a good variety of stores and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel, and even though there is road construction in the area it was still easily navigable on foot. Public transportation is easy to access, and if one has a car, the garage is not on site, but a very short walk. I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay here again.

The most comfortable and friendly hotel I've stayed in for a long time. Excellent restaurant. Within easy reach of metro with one stop to the centre. Very quiet rooms eventhough they were working on the tram lines outside. Thoroughly enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel is very well maintained and has its charming character. Very nice staff. Always helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean. Only downside was the small bathtub and the shower door. It was little tricky for us to get in and out of bathtub. The door was leaking water no matter what you do. Other than, room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and food was tasty.

Hotel was situated between sites about 20 minutes apart. Brisk walk in any direction and steering. Hotel was comfortable and staff very cheery and helpful. Clean and had nice breakfast options as well.

Clean and friendly, good breakfasts, didn't use bar and restaurant so can't comment. Separate toilet and bathroom in room , door handles kept falling off each room and there was no extraction in the toilet , other than that we had a lovely stay , thankyou.
