Good base for exploring Vienna
Nice hotel, 10 minute walk from the main train station. Nicely appointed bathroom. Unable to control the heat in our room so we had to open a window. Unfortunately, there was a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast was adequate (I've had better, I've had worse.) We were able to store luggage. Not too far to a couple of different metro stops.

Very supportive staff, check in my mum before my arrival. The room is nice, quite big and very clean. The bathroom is not so big but new decorated. Very convinient to get anywhere, the underground is just aroand the corner, there are small restaurants and bakeries. The price is pleasant ArThe price is nice

Just a 6 min walk to main train station and 15 min walk to the city centre …. It is the perfect location!! Looks nothing from the outside but when you enter … very clean and modern with extremely helpful staff Would highly recommend

This location is excellent as it is really close to both the metro and train stations. There are also many restaurants and three big supermarkets conveniently located across the street. The lobby is spacious and the rooms are perfect. The staff is also amiable and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Just perfect!
This hotel was just awesome, only a 10 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and in fact there is an entrance to the Tube about 200 metres up the street. It was super clean,the beds very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’d stay again if I ever go back to Vienna.

Clean and convenient, located in a good neighborhood with dining and groceries options nearby. Good breakfast. The only fault is the staff, poorly trained and unpleasant. Arrived for checking at 2 PM (as indicated on Expedia) and the reception clerk insisted that check-in time was 3 PM in all platforms where the property is advertised. While waiting for the room, witnessed another guest arriving and asking for access to the parking garage. The reception clerk informed that access to the garage would only be granted after check-in (requiring the guest to first find parking on a very busy street). Unpleasant and unnecessary behavior from the reception desk. Otherwise, a comfortable and convenient stay.
