Everything was fine except for the air conditioning. The fan was so so loud and would have a frequent bang that happens every few minutes. Really hard to get a good night’s sleep as a result. The staff were friendly and the location is great for those using public transport.

We like that has nice facilities, but it was a construction just outside the door, so it was inconvenient to find the main entrance.

Lovely hotel in the 5th district close to a metro station and supermarket. So even while being located a bit outside the city centre it took no time to get there - by foot or metro. Super friendly staff, a clean hotel and comfortable beds - only thing was that the aircondition didn’t work. The staff tried to fix it but it didn’t seem to work properly - no real cold air was coming out during the hot summer days. But the rest was amazing. Would stay there again.

Very dated rooms, just "okay"
Staff in the hotel were very polite and helpful. Entrance area and reception clean and well presented. Rooms are extremely dated. There is air con which was a plus however single beds are not too comfortable. Bathroom also dated and shower facility is abysmal. Shower head is mounted on the wall on the side of the bath instead of the end and there is no shower curtain, just a screen that covers about a foot and a half. You have to point the shower into the corner and crouch down into the corner. Not good at all especially in hot weather. Iron/ironing board not in the room, can be requested at reception which i did and asked for immediately as we had a dinner reservation, half an hour later it had not appeared. Location isn't bad, short walk to naschmarket but a good kilometre or so walk to get near the main centre. Underground stop right outside though. Just okay.

Excellent value. Spacious room, plentiful and varied buffet breakfast. Very close to U-Bahn, busses, pubs and restaurants. Late checkout suited our travel plans. Only negative is that the ashtrays placed at the hotel entrance means that foyer regularly smells of smoke.

Nice old hotel. We stayed one night and we'll consider to stay here again in the future. Within minutes to the train station, but the station only has stairs (no elevator/escalator).

This hotel was such a superb find! We stayed in the Family Suite room, which is a 2-bdrm suite, with our two teen children, and there was more than enough room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, the rooms were very large, and the location was fantastic. A 2-minute walk to the U-Bahnstation, a 15-min walk to the Naschmarkt, and street vendors right across the street with excellent and very inexpensive Döner, falafel, and schnitzel. The breakfast buffet offered by the hotel was also fantastic. Will definitely come again! Only thing preventing 5 stars on the area was lots of construction happening, but noise wasn’t an issue at all.
