The staff are very rude. I arrived at 21:45 and the restaurant was closing at 22:00. They refused to take me order to go bcz the chef was very tired. Also the toilet in the room is the most weird and gross thing I have seen.

Convenient location in terms of commute, local eating places, grocery shopping, ATM, pharmacy, underground station. Apartment was very clean and every, a cleaning service is every morning with the fresh towels. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Short weekend stay - everything was lovely
My partner and I spent a night in Vienna, just a little trip to enjoy a bit of the city. The hotel was well located, the staff were lovely, and the room was kept very nicely. The room was a bit small, but that's expected in the center of a capital city. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel had bare essentials. The room was very tight. Not very clean, especially the carpet in hallways were old. In spite of asking for cleaning the room, the dust on the floor was cleaned up by us. Not recommended.

Stayed for 2 nights and no one really cleaned our room. The staff sorta made our bed but that was about it. You could tell no one cleaned our room. Napkins was not replenished. Didnt clean the mugs, towels were not changed or at least hung them nicely. I think the cleaner just got lazy.

This property is near a lot of construction. The subway stop is a 5 minute walk to the property. I had a problem with water dripping from the ceiling in my room due to excessive amount of rain and the front desk was not helpful to resolve the issue. I had to ask for a room change and should have been given a discounted rate which they refused. I would not recommend this property.

Hotel was convenient to subway, shops, restaurants. A nice area. Hotel very clean. Did have an issue with the bathroom door- it was not on the track and had to keep it partially open so as not to get stuck in bathroom . A fellow traveler had a leak in her room and hotel just put in a bucket to catch the drips. They finally changed her room at her insistence.
