Would stay again.
Very nice hotel, would highly recommend it. Just remember to make sure your room is not near an elevator or on the 2nd floor in the path of people heading to the pool if you like quiet.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived early off the ferry and they were able to let us into our room early. The room & bathroom were super clean. The lobby area & outside we’re beautifully decorated. Easy walk from the ferry terminal. This was our second time staying here.

Was a great place to stay for my grandmas 80th birthday. Was close to the empress where we took her for high tea and close to lots of restaurants. Having Starbucks right across the street was great too!

The shuttle driver was so kind & polite & made suggestions for places to visit & we were very appreciative. The breakfast was delicious!! Overall an excellent stay. The rooms were so spacious. It’s our second time staying here . I would come back again & again.

Staff for free shuttle service knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Ken was fabulous! Complimentary valet service excellent. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Nespresso machine in room a bonus. Breakfast room service well priced and very tasty. Front desk staff accommodating for all your needs. The property was well situated near the port. Friendly staff upon check in and checking out. There were only two things that seemed to be small involving our room not having two beds which is what we had reserved and not being informed until check in. Although, they explained that we were provided with a pull out sofa bed and bed it seemed like it would have been good to inform us and not at check-in. The second thing was the room would at times get hot and cold as there was no central air but a portable dehumidifier/ AC. Lastly, the elevators are small and tend to take long to come up/down. It was nice that the parking was close by and seemed to be in a safe area.
