We had four people in our stay over the recent weekend. There are so many great aspects to the stay, and that makes it very tough to list them all. To start I have to mention the complimentary apples. Every day, without fail, apples. Amd constantly the bowl was refilled. Then the amazing cleanliness of the rooms. Great beds, and towels. But back to the apples. Grew up on an apple orchard. So this was one of the highlights. The hotel is so convenient for accessing shops, and so many restaurants. First class staff too. Thanks to all who make this hotel so nice. We will be back, and I hope the apples are still there for a great treat.

This is a real gem. Its perfectly centered in the downtown core so you can walk around to all the shops and sights. Its close to the ferry terminal as well. The hotel itself is very nice. Professional in every way. Nice amenities, great rooms, reasonably priced. Can't go wrong.

They obviously don't like Expedia bookings. The front desk immediately pointed out to us that we booked on Expedia, and therefore we got the worst rooms in the hotel on the 2nd floor. Lights shining in windows with no blackout shades for one room, and the other staring at smoke stacks.

Awesome 2 night hotel stay
Second time staying here and had another pleasant stay with our two sons. It was nice having a suite with two queen sized beds as we’ve experienced stays at other establishments where the second bed in the suite was a sofa bed. It was nice having a seating area with sofa & armchair to watch TV as well as a table and chairs and a coffee bar area with microwave, fridge and sink to enjoy our self made breakfast. Enjoyed the Nespresso for a quick morning coffee. This was our first visit to Victoria where we didn’t bring our car. Conveniently located and very walkable to the Inner Harbour & Parliament, Royal BC Museum, Government Street and Chinatown was only a 15 minute walk away. Hotel super close to public transit on Douglas Street. Will definitely stay here again when we find ourselves in Victoria.
