Excellent hotel in great location
Excellent hotel with extremely comfortable room equipped with everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location 5 minutes from city centre and 10 minutes from railway station. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Beautiful hotel
Everything about the stay was perfect! The hotel was located in a great spot- close enough to everything and yet quiet. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful and breakfast had a nice selection of items. We would definitely stay again if we return to Verona.

Absolutely wonderful and beautiful!
We were so pleased with this hotel. This is the best hotel we have stayed in Italy so far!! The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The room was gorgeous and even much nicer than the photos indicate. We were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is extremely well taken care of and hosts the best breakfast we have had on this trip! With vegan and gluten-free options, delicious coffee, hot and cold choices (I loved the build-your-own muesli station). You can also book spa sessions. Elevator works well. Not only would we stay here again - we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Relais

Good hotel if you can get past the outside doors
Very difficult to get into the hotel, which is situated in a courtyard behind some locked wooden doors with very little signage. Could not find the hotel door bell or any intercom. Had to ring the door bell of another property who then telephoned the hotel to let us in. Bar that the stay was good

Comfortable and elegant accommodation within easy walking distance of the city centre. It has an unassuming entrance but, once inside, it is smart, clean and welcoming. Great breakfast.

Delightful
Perfect reception, they greeted us warmly and showed us to our room. Gave basic instructions and were helpful in planning our time in Verona. The location is close enough to the train station to walk there easily and close enough to the city center for walking there as well. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was beyond good, I am really glad we stayed here.

The location was absolutely perfect for anyone wanting everything within easy reach. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room service was always on time. The staff was very friendly and showed us straight to our room even though we arrived a bit before check in time. They lent us cushions for the opera which was a very nice perk. Breakfast was very good with many options. We also enjoyed having air conditioning that worked very well. We would recommend this to anyone visiting Verona.
