This hotel , the food and the staff along with the view were absolutely AMAZING. The room was clean and quaint enough for us; although a coffee maker might have been nice 🤔. The only issue I have with this hotel is the parking, not that there isn’t enough or the hotel is doing anything wrong. People who park their vehicles at this hotel do not understand that the vehicle goes in between the white lines!! If the parking stalls are straight, that does not mean you park at an angle!! When you are unable, incapable, or just don’t care to park your Toyota Prius the correct way, all hope is lost.

Our second time staying, we absolutely love this hidden gem. We will surely be back again, we had dinner this time around and it was wonderful everything was 10/10. The views are incredible! Jonathan the busser had exceptional service was very friendly and had wonderful conversation. Only wish is that the mattresses would be upgraded in the rooms.

Wife says her favorite place ever and I’d have to agree. Maybe not the Ritz but we loved it for its homey feel and beautiful beach front setting and will take it any day over overpriced commercial high glitz joints

The property location was the best part of our trip. It's right on the beach and we were able to hear the waves from our room. However, the room was severely outdated and run down. There was a huge dip in the bathroom floor and it smelled. It seemed like the floor was rotted or caving in. The shower was absolutely tiny and dirty. We saw some cracks in the walls and damage on the furniture. Also there are no elevators and the Inn is 3 levels. It would be very challenging for people who have special needs. The stairs are the only option. I understand that the property is exposed to the elements but it needs some serious updating. It was quiet and peaceful but we wouldn't go back. The staff was friendly and accommodating but it was disappointing because the photos didn't show the real conditions. It could've been our room only but I doubt it. It would be ok for weekend but I can't imagine staying there longer than that.

The advertisement on Expedia about the room description didn’t match with real room. King ocean view shown on the pictures was indeed the deluxe room. The one we got as king ocean view was a tiny room and if you leave the blinds open to see the ocean everyone passing by your room will see the inside as that’s the pathway to all rooms.

Very basic rooms, however the sound of the ocean and the view is absolutely amazing. Dont forgot to try the restaurant for a perfect Romantic dinner with fantastic food!!

My room had a very musty odor I had to leave my door open and the fan on high to try to get rid of the smell. On Saturday evening I returned to the hotel around 7:30 PM. I asked the desk clerk if I needed a reservation for dinner and he told me no it wasn’t crowded I went downstairs and the hostess asked my name. She looked on a list and said she didn’t see my name and I told her I didn’t make a reservation that I asked upstairs if I could come down for dinner and they said yes you don’t need one. It’s not busy. She said they shouldn’t do that. I felt very awkward and she looked put out, but then Asked me if I wanted Inside or outside. Dinner was good and the service started out good. My waitress came by to pick up my plate and didn’t even offer dessert. I had already looked at the menu and ordered a slice of cheesecake. Another worker came by and gave me fresh coffee. I waited more than 10 minutes for my dessert. My coffee got cold so I decided to get up and pay my check and leave. I walked into the restaurant and the waitress is coming out with the cheesecake and I told her I didn’t want it anymore. My coffee had already gotten cold. She said I can get you more coffee and I told her no it’s fine. I don’t want it. She got a Perturbed look on her face and told me I had to wait a minute because she had to redo the bill. The best part about my stay was the view.

Fantastic view; nice but very small room a bit outdated. Outstanding restaurant was not open because it was Monday. Front desk person was unfriendly and downright rude. She would not accept drivers license or passport on phone since I forgot actual I.d. And I had stayed at hotel only a week before
