The staff was great, very friendly and always asking us if we were needing something, the check-in was great they allow us to do it a couple of hours earlier.. Bottle water, coffee and tea all day available for free!!!

Staff was really unpleasant upon my arrival, one desk secretary was busy screaming at the phone with an unhappy client, the other one was preparing me a room with 2 single beds even tough I had inserted 3 guests upon my reservation. On top of that, the room smelled like rotten food and sewage, especially in the bathroom. At the end of my stay they charged me 28$ for snacks I didn’t even opened. I real bad experience. Do not recommend

Wrong room was allocated on arrival, and we had to wait 24 hours to get the correct one. Also couldn't initially provide a duvet for the sofa bed and when one did arrive it had no cover. Staff were helpful though and did try to provide options
