Check in process is a mess. Arrived at 6PM and had to wait 30 minutes in line (only one person doing check ins), to be told that they didn't have any rooms ready. We were around 8 people waiting in the lobby area for rooms. One hour waiting! So almost 2 hours to check in and get a room. And no apologies or compensation.

We had a great stay here on the 12th floor with a balcony room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location to many subway stations and lots to explore in the area. Over all would stay here again.
