Great staff and I do mean great staff they truly went above and beyond for us. The property is showing its age in all aspects of the building and its loud, unfortunate you hear the people above you walking and talking. Good location, wouls stay there again but its not as nice as the pictures make it look.

There were 2 of 2 broken air conditioners, non function fridge, broken tv, marketing pics do not represent the rooms. I went to the front desk about the air and they said it doesn’t work when it’s hot out. I asked to cancel and get a refund since the room was 95 degrees. They said no but but moved us to another room on a lower floor with one bad AC that had a loft that was at the same height as the first room. We were very lucky it rained and cooled off or we’d have never been able to sleep. I’d avoid it at all costs, unsafe, bad location, broken everything and really bad breakfast. But if that sounds good, I bet they have available rooms for you

The Hotel Tre Archi is not near St Marks Square Area but the Waterbus stops right outside. The staff was helpful and nice, the room was good for our family of 5 and they provided a good breakfast. I was very satisfied.

Would not stay here again.
Stayed in a room with 5 beds with 2 Adults and 4 children for 2 days and paid $700. The listing says kids are free and cots are available, but they were not. They also charged us an extra 50 Euro for another child that is 9 years old. The air conditioning is terrible and we were all hot. There were ants all over in our room as well. The "shower" is just a hose in a tub which is weird to us. The TV was broken(like cracked) and unusable. However, it is a great location with the Vaporetto right outside. The breakfast croissants and coffee were good. Would not stay here again.

The rooms are extremely small, making it difficult for two people to move around together. The air conditioning is poor, leaving the room humid and hot. The room and furniture are dirty.

air conditioner does not work!! they say it’s under maintenance but i see reviews from 8 months.. years ago saying the same thing. room is also so so tiny. area is okay at night. had a lot of construction during my stay so it was as pretty as it could’ve been.

This property is absolutely amazing old vibes with the styling but massive rooms. The shower were a little petit for my liking but that’s the only con. Is 2 minutes walk from the direct boat Giule to the Venice airport no carrying bags in the rocky roads, only 30 min to airport. It’s walking distances to everything lots to see and a boat stop at the front of the hotel to go to muranoand burano directly

Great classic Venetian home converted to hotel. Rooms are decorated with classic furniture and Murano chandeliers, clean sheets and comfortable bed. Bathroom needed some work, toilets flush was stuck and kept getting stuck unless you moved the level by hand, bided do not drain it was shut closed level to open it didn’t work, showers bit small and dated.

Great for Families.
We booked the first floor family room. This vintage hotel is walking distance from the train station and parking lots. This end of the canal is quiet and off the tourist path but very easy to get to all the attractions. You can wake up, open your windows to the wonderful sounds and movements of a Venice canal with the water taxi stop right in front of the hotel. You can book a water taxi from the airport right to the front door of this hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby with better pricing than in the more tourist areas. We would stay here again. Rooms are small and decorated in classic Venice style which gives the kids a good example of traditional Venice at an affordable price.
