Property was extremely dirty, old ghetto like. I stayed with my family and was the worst mistake to book it. The pictures in the website were a fraud. Bathroom is broken with drainage holes open with muddy water in them. Walls are broken. The whole place had mold growing from every corner and had this bad smell. Staff is extremely rude. Our room had a shower with three door missing. The room was meant for a queen been size and was turned into 4 bed by just keeping two twin beds on wheels in each size. The room had no space to walk straight. When i asked the staff about the shower situation they responded that the management is aware of the situation but still booked the room. Staff was completely rude and cold. Breakfast was cold disgusting with bread rolls hard and crumbly. I will not suggest this place to anyone even without family.

The location of the property is really convenient with the Tre Archi bus station exactly opposite the property. The front desk staff was very helpful in guiding us on how to travel across the city using public transportation.

The AC it didn’t work properly and the room it was so hot. The shower’s door was missing part and we took shower, the bathroom was full of water! When we repotted it these issues to the hotel staff, they were aware about it and they did not do anything unfortunately.

Room was fine for three stars. Clean. However old and in need of keep - the shower was inconsistent with temeperature and pressure and the fridge in our room didnt work. The air con was excellent. Breakfast was good. Most staff were very helpful however we felt we were being scammed by one person on reception. We asked for help with booking a water taxi to the airport and he quoted us an amount which was double what it should have been (€160) and told us we give him the cash to him straight away for then him to pay for the taxi. This taxi would have been €80 and it did not make any sense. This did somewhat spoil the stay. The hotel itself was fine, at best, for 3 star. However, this scam-like experience left us quite distrusting of the hotel all in all.

Great staff and I do mean great staff they truly went above and beyond for us. The property is showing its age in all aspects of the building and its loud, unfortunate you hear the people above you walking and talking. Good location, wouls stay there again but its not as nice as the pictures make it look.

There were 2 of 2 broken air conditioners, non function fridge, broken tv, marketing pics do not represent the rooms. I went to the front desk about the air and they said it doesn’t work when it’s hot out. I asked to cancel and get a refund since the room was 95 degrees. They said no but but moved us to another room on a lower floor with one bad AC that had a loft that was at the same height as the first room. We were very lucky it rained and cooled off or we’d have never been able to sleep. I’d avoid it at all costs, unsafe, bad location, broken everything and really bad breakfast. But if that sounds good, I bet they have available rooms for you
