Staff very welcoming and helpful. Just a few observations: In our bathroom the adjustable shower head was broken, the trash bin in the bathroom was broken (lid detached from bin). Telephone in room but no list of numbers to contact different teams in the, it was only luck we dialed 9 for reception. Hotel to Airport shuttle very good.

This hotel is ready for heavy reconditioning....completely outdated by any means and condition... the service is trying to compensate for the bad hotel condition, but that is a tough task once you step into the hallways - rooms, and all other facilities....conclusion - stay away from this hotel as far as possible until further notice..

The hotel is ideal for Venice with train station at the back of hotel. The bar staff were not keen to refill water bottles and advised we could use the bathroom water which I was not keen to do. Hotel should install a water refill station.

Fantastic hotel. We had dinner in the bar area and it was great. Especially the three bar staff. Great location. Easy to get to the airport with the free hotel shuttle. I would stay here again.

Love this property. I picked it because it is close to Marco Polo Airport and the hotel shuttles to the airport, however it was disappointing to find out that the shuttle is limited in its times of transport. Our flight was at 5:45am and the shuttle does not start until 5:00am so we had to call a cab.

Complimentary airport shuttle is a great benefit. Staff were very cooperative in changing time of pickup when flight was delayed. Proximity to train into Venice is very much appreciated. Meets all basic needs at a reasonable price with shuttle service and easy access into Venice. Dinner in the hotel dining room is convenient and quite good.

Nice hotel, great location (at the train station), very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning. Good food including buffet breakfast. Good value for money.
