Seem to have been charged an extra $45 for a 1 night stay? Assuming this was for the valet? Thought that would be free as I couldn’t get into the garage so if it’s not, be aware. Not worth it at all

Beautiful hotel in perfect location. The only negative was that the sink tap in the bathroom of our room was incredibly hot. Very easy to burn yourself. You barely need to move it from the cold position for it to immediately turn hot. Other than that the room was great!

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a little dated for the price but overall a great spot. Super close to the aqua cab to Granville Island and the water. I would go again.

The alarm sounded very early this morning and stayed on for half an hour. The elevators were not working and we also had difficulty getting to our car in parkade because it f the above issues. I would like a refund issued. We have stayed here before and never had any problems but this stay was not acceptable. I suffered an accident yesterday and needed to rest until full checkout at 12:00 noon. We were unable to stay until check out at noon because we were weakened by the sounding alarm for half an hour
