The location of this hotel was good, it is an older building redone, and it is clean, and the staff are friendly. The room was quiet, I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is dated and looking closely not the cleanest, through no fault of staff, but things like air vents are covered in dust and dirt. Bathroom fixtures are corroded and tarnished. The rooms could definitely use a refresh. Rate was reasonable for first night but then almost double for second night as there was a concert, so not worth the money in that regard. Staff are incredible and location is good.

Location, Location, Location. The Rosedale was the excellent hub for all our events on our agenda. We were here to enjoy all the activities including the Grey Cup Game. Everything we want to be involved with was within walking distance. Top drawer restaurants close by. For us, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel but the total ambiance was great. The only knock we might voice is our room was a little more compact than we expected. The room was labeled as a suite with a small kitchenette, separate sitting area and queen size bed. Overall, the room was comfortable for our needs. Would recommend if downtown Vancouver is your main objective at a reasonable rate.
