Very happy with my room. Staff very friendly. Loved the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and that there were extra towels available. My only disappointment was that the restaurant/bar closed too early. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean but quite dated. We had a steady and loud humming sound in our room that was very unpleasant. The "exercise facility" consisted of five outdated machines (treadmill, bikes) and no weights or other equipment. The hotel is well-located for shopping and dining.

The staff was very helpful and so nice. Especially May at the front desk. She assisted my daughter with checking in early because she arrived before we did. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. Vancouver is a beautiful city and the Rosedale in a most convenient location.

Loved our stay! The staff was lovely, the property was clean and quiet. Great location, super walkability to so many great Vancouver attractions. Loved the fact the windows opened in the room, and having a kitchen was such a great bonus. Will definitely stay again.
