The location is good and is close to the airport. The flushing of the toilet needs to be upgraded. It would be helpful if they could provide a lamp for the desk.

We arrived at property several hours before our appointed check in time after debarking from a cruise at the Port of Vancouver. We were warmly greeted by a member of the front desk staff who had us complete our registration and took our mobile number so we could be contacted when our room was ready. We had lunch in the on-site restaurant and took a short walk around the block. About half way through our walk we received a text that our room was ready. We returned to the hotel and settled in to our room on the 7th floor. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable and quiet. No complaints what so ever. The free shuttle to the airport was a nice bonus. Thanks.

I usually stay at the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport. Convenient, close to YVR with shuttle service, Skytrain access and restaurants. Staff always friendly, restaurant good for breakfast and rooms updated. But I find the hallways dark and not as tidy as the rooms.

The location was absolutely perfect. I wished I was able to stay a few more days. It was surrounded by shops and restaurants and also close to the airport. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town.

It's convenient to go dinning and shopping. Quiet and safe to walk around. The property is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like is the light switches. I have to turn the switch on one by one in the room and not automatically turn off by itself.

Arrived in the evening for a one night stay before a cruise. The restaurant on site was already closed (11 PM) and nothing in the area but some Asian food places several blocks away. (not American Chinese type but 'real' Asian) Breakfast the next morning on site was an overpriced buffet with substandard and mostly lukewarm food. This property is overpriced for the limited convenience and limited food options.

Beautifully maintained hotel. A convenient place to stay as it is a 2 minute walk to the Skytrain and surrounded by shopping centres. Only complaint is the pillows were quite floppy and flat, but the room and bed were amazing.

Great location near the Airport and particularly the train station. Helpful & friendly staff However, seems to be right under the flight paths, so early morning wake up as soon as the first planes go out.

Property was nice but usb ports in the room would have been nice and also the ability to access our streaming accounts since the cable tv offerings was limited. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable and the free shuttle to and from airport was a nice amenity.
