Never having visited Vancouver before, I thought this was an excellent choice for us. Very walkable to some amazing restaurants, views from the Canada Place pier/dock, shopping, etc. It was all wonderful. The property is beautiful and very, very clean! We loved it here and would stay again if we ever get the chance for another visit!

Incredible stay for Taylor Swift! They decked out the hotel and all of the staff traded friendship bracelets with our kiddos, great location, and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing staff and beautiful lobby. No valet parking when we arrived. Room was okay but the worn carpet and peeling wallpaper was a little disappointing considering the cost of over $600.00 for the night.

Birthday Celebration gone BAD!!!
Upon arrival we were told the room we booked was not available. We were given another option saying it was an upgrade but it was not an upgrade because we didn’t want what they offered. They were not sympathetic to us. We were not offered any compensation for this hotel decision. It was very stressful!! My daughter saved and payed a lot of money for a little birthday celebration with friends and they had to be split into two rooms instead of one!!!

Stay was average. Hotel was in a good location. Staff were nice. Room was old and tired. Badly in need of updating. Bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Layout of the 2 bedroom suite was unusual

The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were given an early check-in which was so great. We were able to get into our room early and then do some shopping before dinner which was very helpful. The grandkids loved the pool. They said it was nice and warm. We were also given a later check-out which was very helpful as well. Will definitely stay there again.
