The hotel staff very helpful and friendly when checking inand through my stay, the rooms are clean and welcoming. There was a great deal in the restaurant for a two course meal, and a good choice on the menu. Food was very good, and the staff service was very good in the restaurant too. The location for me was perfect as 20 mins from Dublin airport and 15 mins to the site I was visiting. Liked the Spa which had a gym, pool, Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, the steam room though could do with a clean as had a very bad urine smell. Would stay again if visiting for work.

Everything was great But to be charged €10 to park my car in the carpark is wrong it should be FREE when you are staying at the hotel, I WON'T BE STAYING HERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE €10 CHARGE

Clean, spacious room. Comfortable beds and pillows. The room was very warm so thankful there was a fan we could put on. Excellent location to shops and restaurants within a short ten minute walk. Fab pool, kids pool too which my children loved. Breakfast lovely, shame a lady took four apples on display and popped them into her bag leaving none for anyone else. Would be great to have Nutella for the pancakes rather than chocolate sauce.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel.
Nice hotel, nice room. Warm and clean. Nothing special but handy for shopping. A few small repairs needed - TV remote not really working and volume of TV far too low. Toilet did not flush properly. Breakfast was decent and the staff in the breakfast room were lovely.
