Not sure how they made this a BW plus hotel as there was nothing plus about it! Although there was a fridge, it would have been difficult to eat in as there was no kitchen facilities as there had been in other BW plus hotels we had stayed in. Staff were very helpful. No comfy chairs to sit in. Only plus was it was 8 minutes from the airport. No shopping facilities in a very down market area. Not the best!

Sadly, after many overnight visits to/ from this airport hotel in Vancouver, I'm hesitant to recommend this hotel. I had booked a room months ago, I'm a BW rewards member also. We were severly jetlagged and the room we were assigned was on the busiest street corner of Vancouver. Albeit allowed an early checkin with arrangement in advance and comfy bed, hot shower and airport shuttle, supporting travellers vs. filling rooms is the BW brand I've known. Vancouver stopover was one of the most expensive hotels of our european trip. Please put weary travellers on a quiet side of the building.

Room was freezing when we arrived at 11pm. Took forever to warm up. Then heating unit was to noisy to leave on for heat. Something wet was on the floor by the bed. Rug was soaked in that area. Probably won’t stay again.

This hotel was super comfortable and within easy walking distance to a market, stores and a variety of food options. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. My room was super clean and had everything I needed including an in-riom refrigerator. I will absolutely stay again.
