It just felt a little sketchy. The bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. I even found someone’s nose ring on the side of the sink- yuk. Not sure if book this hotel again based on the overall feel for the price.

This was decent - the other hotel guests around us were very noisy, but the hotel was fine. Simple accommodations, convenient with the airport shuttle. Good location for a layover in Vancouver area because it's close to lots of restaurants and shops.

My mattress was a bit soft for me, there were lots of dust underneath the bed, and the front desk wasn't very friendly. My room and bathroom were spacious, and I like in-house kettle, microwave, and coffee maker. Overall, this hotel location was really good to dine-out at: lots of restaurants in the area.

The room is very clean. The location is very convenient to a shopping mall. Most staff are nice. Some not. Since I came here first time and use shuttle service first time. I am not familiar their shuttle shedule from and to airport. The shuttle pick guests every 30 mininets from airport, but need to book time to pick guest from hotel. One front dest lady didn't have patient to explain to me.

I stayed here a couple of nights before heading over to Whistler. Great for the free shuttle which I used to get my bus to Whistler and the metro was a 5 min walk to get to downtown which was easy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The property was likely a gem in its day. The furniture in the lobby was torn and stained . You can hear the people in be room next to you talking or children crying. Foot’s steps of guest above you hallway noi The cleaning in the rooms is in need of proper training, Mold in the shower, walls were dirty furniture is dated. In need of upgrades. Definitely a two star property.
