Several sporting events take place within a 1 to 2 block area - perfect, regardless of walking ability. If vacancy is available for any events: entertainment, hockey, soccer or football you couldn’t ask for a better location. Italian restaurant attached to hotel with a pub also next door. It just doesn’t get better! Just do it!
