Would only stay if location is priority.
Was close to the ship port but hotel was very dated, elevator was tiny and only one. Stairs hard to navigate and fire escape had warning from local fire department saying not to use and repair immediately. Was clean but old.

The coffee tables in the suite are loose and wobbly. The tub had a liner over the original and it looks nice but doesn’t fit well, so it is sketchy and unstable to stand on. I had no cups in our room for coffee or for water.

This is a very old property, adequately kept for the age. Do not expect perfection around the edges. It is a clean room, no views, small windows with wonderful service.

The hotel is totally out of date desperately needs a renovation. The rooms are small and very dark only very small window looking out to a massive concrete wall a few meters away. Expensive and very basic our hairdryer and bathroom fan didnt work. The single lift was so old it didn't feel safe shaking and half the time it was out of order. The water was off on the last day so no showers or flushing toilets. Breakfast was ok for Americans but who wants fattening waffles or muffins for breakfast. I just had cold boiled eggs and coffee. Overall very disappointed it was the worce hotel we have stayed in for long time.

Love this hotel, but the rooms need a little TLC (paint, etc.). The water was out for about three hours and the elevator was having trouble/maintenance. But we love the location, the staff, the breakfast, and we plan to visit again!!! Thank you!!!

Days is an affordable option gor Downtown Vancouver and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were all very friendly and very kindly looked after our luggage for us between stays and before we left for our cruise. The facilities were clean and provided everything we needed but were very small and very basic…. What you would expect for the price. We would certainly stay there again
