Très très déçus de notre séjour chez vous : amabilité à revoir à l’accueil lors de notre arrivée, pas un sourire, pas le moindre regard et de plus heureusement que nous parlions anglais car pas d’effort pour parler en français même pour quelques mots. On nous a laissé nous débrouiller avec nos bagages au nombre de 6. Lamentable !!! Vous ne méritez pas un 4 étoiles. La personne à qui nous avons eu à faire est Javier. Que dire du bruit pendant les soirées et les nuits!!!!pas une seule nuit au calme 😡nous avons dû téléphoner la dernière nuit à 4 h du matin : vacarme assourdissant juste au dessous de nous / ça chantait, dansait , sautait. Déplorable !!!!!😡😡😡 Une mention très spéciale à Diego : personne qui s’est occupé de nous recevoir et placé pour le petit déjeuner toujours avec le sourire et parlant même quelques mots en français. Personnel du spa et quelques serveurs du restaurant (pas tous) passable. Enfin, que dire des ascenseurs!!!! Très très longue attente tout au long de notre séjour qu’à la longue nous avons renoncé à les prendre pour qu’à fin ils sont tombés en panne. Mon dieu c’est quoi cette gérance : votre directeur doit être aveugle pour ne pas voir tout ces problèmes . Une chose est certaine, nous sommes venus une fois mais pas deux. Maintenant on comprend tous ces commentaires négatifs. Point positif : petit déjeuner varié.

Fantastic hotel - very nice to find somewhere quiet with a pool in the city. Great location, good size room, reasonable priced and tasty food in the restaurant. My only criticism would be the hallways are slightly too dark.

Excellent hotel with nice staff and great amenities. It is right in the Centre of everything. Great to use public transportation and easy walk to shopping dining and City of Arts and Sciences. We loved the pool and deck. The spa was wonderful and the staff were genuine and kind. We felt cared for and very safe.

The property was very well located in relation to the oceanographic institute, the hemisphere, the science museum and Valencia marina. Buses stop right outside the door whether you are going to the beach or to one of the many museums in the city

We changed room 3 times, first due to a leak in the AC unit, they gave us another “smaller” room in the first floor that was a nightmare due to noises. After complaining, on third day they gave me a good room “but have pay extra”, because the supervisor who promised me a settlement for the first crazy day, did not show up and did not left a note. In addition, I found towel with stains on it, and shower head in 3 rooms needs to be replaced.

We liked this hotel. The room was comfortable and the local was great, walking distance to the aquarium. The restaurant had good food and the staff were helpful.

The internet never works. They let so many guests (in such summer vacation hit time) reside in the hotel and only switched on one of the three elevators. You need to wait for more than 10 min to go up and down stairs. Totally disappointing!

The hotel was nice, it was well-kept and clean while providing a safe and comfortable place to stay. I did find an issue with the hotel when I asked them to place a bottle of champagne in my room prior to arrival and I was told by the hotel that it would be placed with no issue, however, it wasn't until I talked to the front desk that my champagne was delivered to my room. The pool was dirty and overcrowded at most times, they did not allow food or drink near the pool you had to sit in a separate area away form the pool to even enjoy a cocktail which was unfortunate.

Service was very good, staff were excellent, it really makes a difference. The room was nicely laid out, it was clean and utilities were good. The pool/ outdoor area was nice. It'd be good if there was a bit more gym equipment. Spa was out of use at that time, so I can't comment on that.
