The property was very well located in relation to the oceanographic institute, the hemisphere, the science museum and Valencia marina. Buses stop right outside the door whether you are going to the beach or to one of the many museums in the city

We changed room 3 times, first due to a leak in the AC unit, they gave us another “smaller” room in the first floor that was a nightmare due to noises. After complaining, on third day they gave me a good room “but have pay extra”, because the supervisor who promised me a settlement for the first crazy day, did not show up and did not left a note. In addition, I found towel with stains on it, and shower head in 3 rooms needs to be replaced.

Great hotel
We liked this hotel. The room was comfortable and the local was great, walking distance to the aquarium. The restaurant had good food and the staff were helpful.

The internet never works. They let so many guests (in such summer vacation hit time) reside in the hotel and only switched on one of the three elevators. You need to wait for more than 10 min to go up and down stairs. Totally disappointing!

Nice hotel and unorganized staff
The hotel was nice, it was well-kept and clean while providing a safe and comfortable place to stay. I did find an issue with the hotel when I asked them to place a bottle of champagne in my room prior to arrival and I was told by the hotel that it would be placed with no issue, however, it wasn't until I talked to the front desk that my champagne was delivered to my room. The pool was dirty and overcrowded at most times, they did not allow food or drink near the pool you had to sit in a separate area away form the pool to even enjoy a cocktail which was unfortunate.

Excellent Hotel - Only Minor Tweaks
Service was very good, staff were excellent, it really makes a difference. The room was nicely laid out, it was clean and utilities were good. The pool/ outdoor area was nice. It'd be good if there was a bit more gym equipment. Spa was out of use at that time, so I can't comment on that.

Great staff! Good rooms. Average cleanliness.
Reception team were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and were the highlight of our stay. Breakfast was excellent and again the service staff were wonderful. Rooms were lovely. Lifts were the absolute worst part. Out of service, and dirty. There’s something like egg on the wall above lifts a reception that has dripped down interior doors. Pool had white scum floating in it both days, we didn’t want to get in… Generally a good stay though.

Hotel moderno muy bien situado
Buen hotel muy bien situado junto a la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Es moderno, tiene una agradable piscina en un patio exterior muy grande. Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias, con un baño comodo con ducha grande. La única pega es que le faltan colgadores para las toallas

The location was great but furnitures in the lobby were tired and the shower had black mould between tiles and floor. They need major clean up. Stayed in two star hotel for one night in Madrid during our stay and they shower was immaculate and yet the four star hotel didn’t deliver.

Good hotel with some key problems
I travel a LOT and this is the very first hotel i stay in my life where check in starts at 4:00 PM !!! I think this is non acceptable. My room was facing the street with some bars, and it was VERY noise on Friday and Saturday night...difficult to sleep. Despite the "non disturb" message at the door, the clean lady insisted to knock on my door several times until I wake up to hear if I would like to have my towels changed... Other than that, the hotel has easy access to public transportation, bedroom was clean and comfortable and price was good.
