Mantenimiento deficiente, en la primera noche tuve un problema con la cisterna del WC y me dijeron que la persona de mantenimiento no estaba y no me dieron ninguna alternativa de cambio de hab. Al día siguiente me encontré una cucaracha encima del escritorio y ya me ofrecieron un cambio de hab. Relación con cliente deficiente, cambiaron la contraseña del wifi sin avisar. Gestión pobre para un hotel de 4 estrellas

+ Tolles und grosses Zimmer und Bad. Gute Einrichtung. Super Dusche: endlich einmal eine richtige Dusche mit kompletter Duschwand, wo kein Wasser rausspritzt. Gutes Bett mit Qualitätsbettwäsche. Alle Angestellten, ob im Restaurant, an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum, Reinigungspersonal oder Techniker, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Je nach Lage des Zimmers hoher Lärmpegel an Verkehr.

Nice central hotel. Unfortunately, our room bathroom had a few issues and the cleaning service wasn’t that good. The hotel offers bike rental service but is triple or more the price when compared to other street shops around. So, price around!
