Close to mass transit. Staff was very accommodating, storing our luggage a few hours prior to a car rental. Great value compared to hotels closer to harbor area.

Our first time at this W and it was really nice stay. Convenient location and walkable to restaurants and shopping. The staff was wonderful. Vincent at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. I would definately return when i come back to Toronto. Having a mini market (Longo's) next door was super convenient.

All was good staff and accommodations, other people I read said they complained about the bathroom privacy, but it’s impossible to see through the glass, but it is easy to hear through the walls, I still enjoyed myself though
