I had a really nice time at the hotel The elevators were spectacular. My son really likes elevators. And it’s nice that you have a glass elevator on the concourse the only thing I would recommend is putting a notice on the app if something is taking place inside or outside of the hotel during the night because we did not have a good sleep thank you and we will come back again

this hotel was really nice in general but we only stayed for a few hours as the heating was broken in our room and then when we told reception they sent a portable heater but the portable heater blew the fuse and by that point we were frustrated and very cold.

Mother, daughter getaway.
Came to visit my daugher and thought it would be nice to get a hotel room pamper ourselves as she just moved into a new place and was exhausted. The view from the room was amazing. The staff was ao friendly and accomadating. Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

We were locked out of our due to battery died for card swipe front desk was not accomodating literally made us wait for 15 minutes for someone to open the door and did not want to compensate for inconvenience meanwhile at check in went on that Sheraton best in world Was notvimpressed

Our favourite hotel in Toronto, we booked a room with a view of City Hall to watch the skaters, it was wonderful. Quiet room and always comfortable - you don't want to leave!
