The room was beautiful and a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be! The lighting in the room & bathroom was amazing as well! The staff was super friendly as well! We were able to get a parking spot in their lot while we were there but they only have a couple parking spots so it’s very limited. There is also no elevator in the building fyi! It is close to a lot of concert venues (which is what we were there for) and close to a ton of other things as well!

Off center location. Can walk to everything. Surrounding area has homeless and a feeling of unsafe characters. Hotel hs no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up a full flight of stairs. The staff did not offer to help or assist. The room was clean and bathroom modern. However very small and simplistic.

our room kept going out of power and we were in the basement level NO ELEVATORS and there were numerous bugs in our room and our side someone’s car window got smashed in and druggies walking around everywhere

The inn sits in an area undergoing enormous redevelopment. Lots of construction in the blocks south and west and a major hospital draws lots of people with needs (unhomed, addicts, etc) Local residents advised not to walk on the eastern north/south street at night. I took cabs after night fall. That said, the propery is well maintained, lots of great staff from Kerala in India.

Nice stay on a quiet street. The area nearby was a little sketchy, but we found a good restaurant in walking distance. Would stay here again, as it was more affordable.

Pros: extremely friendly staffs, free coffee, close to downtown area. Cons: no elevators, narrow corridors with lots of stairs, thin wall Overall, you will get what you paid for. It's good for the money and if you travel light, it's a good option.

The location of this property is quite ideal. The outdoor chilling area is real cute and the staff is so friendly. The AC in the units? YEAH THEY WORKING WORKING FR. There’s a delve serve coffee/tea bar downstairs and a lounge with a community computer. I would stay here again. Only thing is the towels shed so bring your own towels if you don’t want white fuzz all over you *yikes*
