Great and attentive staff. Excessive noise level from adjacent guest rooms kept us up all night. We upgraded to a higher floor away from the ice machine and elevators just to have a peace 3 nights stay. Hotel staff did not charge us for the upgrade at check-out which was the least they could do. Not sure if I will stay here again.

The most significant feature that impressed me the most was the service I recieved 24/6. When I had a problem with noisy neighbours they changed my room immediately and the concierge offered me a free breakfast. The rooms were spotless and the facilities excellent. Being a movie lover being beside Bell Lightbox was a dream come true. It is one of the top film houses around.

It is a clean and well-located hotel, though a little «old.» The beds are comfortable but beware of rooms ending with the number 14. There is an elevator sharing the wall that will make it very hard to sleep.

The property was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only thing I would change is how heavily scented the rooms are , the scent is overwhelming especially for people who are allergic to perfumes.

1-2 blocks from theaters and plenty of fun dining options across the street. The cost through Expedia was $700 per night which is ridiculous, but we stayed on points, so cost was $0. Toronto hotels are expensive and especially in the theater district.
