Comfortable table stay with good workout room and
Older hotel but we’ll kept. Beds are very comfortable. Workout room is great but is not 24hrs as advertised. Quiet. Breakfast at attached Perkins had huge portions. Would stay here again.

I recently just stayed 3 nights at this hotel and I am not pleased. When I first got to my room there was no hot water I called the front desk and they sent someone to fix that. The second day we got a letter under our door stating the water will be out from noon till 4. We Could not use the bathroom or showers at all during that time, we had to leave the hotel twice just to use the washroom which is just an inconvenience. The third day I woke up to no water at all, unable to shower use the washroom or brush my teeth. Thats three days in a row my entire stay was ruined because of no water. I feel scammed after that experience, I paid all that money and the hotel didn’t even have running water. Never again.

Only 2 breakfast for a 4 people reservation, and that was low quality too. Parking was not included and was not mentioned properly upfront. Dirty rugs, dirty sofas in the lobby.

Took shuttle bus from airport - extremely helpful driver. Construction is ongoing so it looks a little rough at the moment, but that just means it will only get better. Hotel is directly under approach to airport runway so if you are a light sleeper this might be an issue. Didn't bother me much but I can sleep through anything. Nice snack area at reception. Room was nice and looks to have been recently remodeled with tons of outlets, which was nice. Beds were super comfortable. Google maps is a little misleading though - note the hotel is attached to the Perkins restaurant - which was very, very convenient. I use a wheelchair and while I didn't have a handicap accessible room, the door and hallway on first floor were very usable. TV channel selection was fairly standard, about 60 channels than run the normal spectrum. Blackout curtains were definitely doing the job well.

The room was nice and clean and very airy. But it seems everything else is amateur hour. The lofts are at the other end of the building. So you have to like walk for 5 minutes to just reach the lift. And there was a strange odour when we entered the building[The room was very clean surprisingly. No complains there]. Its just that it is close to airport. So it is an Airport hotel. Nothing much can you expect here.
