The Gladstone Hotel is an excellent location just steps away from everything by foot. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room i reserved was very spacious. The shower was an issue because of the way the glass separated the shower and toilet, the water would run past the drain and the floor would get so wet by the toilet. I wish there towels were bigger barely covered me getting out of the shower and I am onto 5’ feet tall and small frame. Since it is winter there should be a shoe mat at the entrance of all the rooms because the snow just melted of the boots onto the floor everywhere in the front (watch your step might step in your own puddle of wet slush. The first room I checked into was only at 14 degrees ice cold for the winter months so I had to return to the front desk to ask for a room that was at least at room temperature. The main area of the is very cold. Tried to play pool on the 3rd floor but our hands were too cold. The common areas was set at 16 degrees on the thermostat 😬. So ridiculously cold. I would stay at this hotel again. It was quite reasonable price the location given I did book ahead of time.

Such a cool building, loved all the art and the old elevator. The parking garage was a little confusing, but once we figured it out it was fine. The Bon Dia bakery/cafe around the corner was fantastic, and we've never stayed in the area before and had a lot of fun exploring

First time staying at the Gladstone and it was excellent. The hotel has a cool vibe/decor and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Toronto.

The room was great but the heating system was extremely loud and kept us up. Walls are thin and you can hear the tv next door through the wall. Property is clean and in a great spot for using public transportation.

Very nice hotel. Area is scetchy. Very small room but thats boutique. Staff were amazing. Couldnt enjoy the bat area as it was booked for a private function the 2 nights i stayed. We ouldd have beeen nice to jnow before hand.

Room was not cleaned very well/hair all over the place when I checked into the room. Especially in the bathroom. At checkout, nobody was there to assist with luggage or operate the elevator, as I was heading to the airport. Carried my bags down from the 4th floor, only to find the night auditor sitting there, eating—I guess ignoring the elevator alert that would have came through. Not the greatest experience overall.
