Great location when arriving or departing by train. The Granger luxury hotel. Staff are most attentive. You should be able to enter the hotel by the main entrance if you are handicapped and not have to go around to a side door.

Historic property, rooms are well appointed and clean. The property is huge, though; checking in on the weekend was wild because there were so many people, and the front desk was staffed entirely. It felt like you were checking in at a Vegas hotel. It was just a busy weekend. Regarding location, you can't get any better; it was a bit difficult to get room service on the phone. I wanted to get breakfast, but there was no answer. Love the Le Labo in the bathrooms. Because the hotel is an icon in Toronto it's also impossible to ever get a drink at the clock bar.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. We enjoyed the Library Bar and nearby restaurants. The room was clean and relatively comfortable (the bed and pillows were mediocre), but the walls are incredibly thin and when our neighbours were rowdy from 2-4 am, it made it impossible to sleep. The best parts of the hotel—restaurants, bars and location — are not the part you pay for. Stay somewhere else for a luxury experience.

Overall an amazing place to stay. Lovely lobby, excellent & helpful staff, clean room, and luxurious atmosphere. The only things I didn’t love was the shampoo/conditioner in the shower (no big deal because I brought some of my own), and you have to pay for wifi which seems a bit strange. With that in mind, I would definitely return!
