The day before we were set to travel, this hotel reached out and said they'd placed us in a different hotel. That hotel did NOT work out for us, so we had to check out after one evening. So not only did this hotel get $700 from us never setting foot in it, but we were also charged for one terrible night plus parking at the other hotel. I'd love to have my money back, but NOBODY has gotten back to me.

Very Unexpected Circumstances
Reroute from Fairfield Inn to Crowne Plaza day before trip/flights. Other hotels had several shuttle buses come and go before Crowne Plaza shuttle showed up? Check in was by airline not 1st come 1st served? Room, gum stuck on burrow under TV, stain on laminate flooring by window (blood?), hairs on back of toilet seat and in tube, greasy marks on walls, night stand between beds not wiped down (leftover spill and food marks). Full breakfast included, not in main restaurant but in small conference room with ‘cold’ food. Rerouted to a cheaper hotel and non-refundable, wow didn’t see that coming.

DO NOT BOOK! It will be cancelled!
SCAM! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I didn't know when I booked it but once it happened to me I saw it all over the reviews! They will cancel your booking right before and move you to a different hotel. We were moved to the crowne plaza with not the proper amount of beds we had originally booked, a separate "Full buffet" breakfast away from their main hotel guests tucked in a corner like hideaways of eggs bacon apples coffee and juice and that's it! Different parking charges obviously as well. DO NOT BOOK the Fairfield your reservation will be canceled and you will be moved to a random hotel with sub-par quality

Very hard to say anything about the hotel, for they booked me at another hotel because they stated they did not have my rooms available to me even though i booked them 6 months in advance. they also gave me no heads up about my booking for the 2 rooms which I had paid up front for.
