From the outside it looks pretty shabby and run down and the parking lot is ridiculously small. Once in the lobby and the main floor looked pretty good, so it gave us hope that it was just the outside that was sad. The whole 3rd floor smelled of pot, and it was not because someone just smoked. It was like that two full days. They still have not reopened the breakfast area or pool area since Covid, there were no ice machines any where. Our room smelled like wet dog, and musty. The cockroaches in the room really sealed the the deal. Pay more and stay at someplace better.

Good hotel
Our stay was good. It is very clean and we had excellent experience with the hotel. But the breakfast was really bad. It was given in a paper bag. Breakfast was very cold. The coffee machine was not working. It is not like other hotels where they have cafeteria and breakfast is served in cafeteria. This was the most disappointing thing.

This hotel needs major renovations and staff improvements. The room was not clean, bathroom was not clean, the carpet had terrible stains and the smells were all very bad. The lamp shades had holes in them, the curtains looked like they were burnt? It was a very unpleasant experience. The pool is closed due to COVID? Not that I would have used their pool, however really? The entrance of this hotel is hidden behind other buildings, no clear direction, the majority of our Uber drivers couldn’t find it. The front desk evening staff was cold, not friendly or accommodating at all. Morning staff was better. I would not recommend this hotel, there is major potential, it just needs a lot of work.

The hotel was nice and close to the casino, which we were attending. Fitting for the area?? But tiles were cracked on the floor in our room. The chairs had stains so we didn't even sit on it. We sat on the bed. We had a hot tub in our room and didn't use it because it looked so old. No curtains just roll blinds and we faced the main street, so we couldn't open them for privacy. Carpets in the room had stains and the walls well I'm sure the room would have lite up if we used a black light or luminol. The carpet in the hall had tripping hazards and needs to be relaid.

I don’t recommend this hotel. It looked like it was a homeless shelter. Entire hotel smelled like weed and booze. Rooms say queen beds but they are doubles. I checked in with my 2 kids and niece, went to the room, immediately turned around and got a refund and Ubered to a new hotel. The area around the hotel looked very unsafe. I didn’t feel safe in my room. The staff were friendly and I appreciated that they refunded me.
