Absolutely nothing that I liked on the contrary it was terrible. So many incidents, they don't try or bother to accomodate the guests. There is absolutely no manager or a person of a higher position to contact. They are very slow and dismissive to guests as if you're not paying. Extremely stingy with their towels and essentials that should be given to the guests e.i, toilet paper, garbage bags etc

After having read reviews and then reserving (in the incorrect order) we were very happy with what we found inside the hotel, lobby, corridors, elevator, guest room. All very clean and pleasant. The price cannot be beaten. Brown bag breakfast was good and satisfying and staff accommodating.

The hotel should be listed as a motel. Advertised a gym and continental breakfast and there was no gym and no breakfast! Was kept up all night because of a screaming domestic dispute in the room beside me. The pictures advertised do not look anything like they do in person. There was NO WINDOW at all in the room which I believe is not safe to code and felt claustrophobic. The room was not clean and bed not comfortable. Would not recommend staying at this place ever. Very disappointed.

Pool has been closed since Covid, breakfast is a cold paper bag nothing warm served, and parking is very limited in front of hotel. All reasons I booked were falsely advertised very disappointed with this place.

very disappointed!!! the room had cockroach and other insects. throughout the room. upon entering the room, the was a dead roach, as we continued in to the room they were in the sheets and in the washroom. very big disappointment. spoke the front desk and all the offered was to change rooms which was worst it smelled like old water, then was told the can give us some snacks from there lobby. i will never i repeat never stay here again was not cheap was not worth the price.

Worst condition ever
This is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I checked in and after viewing the room with duct tape on the seams of the window, ripped window coverings, drywall dust on the floor and bathroom fixture that were falling off the wall, I asked to move to a room that was not in disrepair. The man at the desk showed me another room with water damage in the ceiling, walls and bathroom and mould along the creases of the walls. And then a third room which he left me to wait for him on another floor and took 20 min to come back for which had carpet peeling away, and fewer water damage. Having no confidence the rooms would not get better, I stayed here and while the bed was actually comfortable, there was mould in the bathroom and I met two earwigs in the morning. Don't stay here. I don't know how they can even be open.
