Brilliant location for taking a flight from T3.
Really good location - located within the airport itself. Really quiet, decent breakfast buffet. Good service. Only small issue is the pillows were quite hard but a personal preference and we still slept fine before our flight the next day.

I stayed here for the night before an early flight home. The long corridor painted black was a bit odd and eerie, but everywhere was spotlessly clean and modern. I was on the premium floor and had star treatment from the staff, as well as a free drink voucher. My room was the ‘comfort’ option, so the smallest, but it was a perfect size with a lovely bath (and products!). I could watch the runway from the bathroom! The breakfast was very, very good - loads of different options so I had a good fill before I left. There’s an easy checkout screen if you’re in a hurry, and the hotel will take your bags before checkin so you can walk around unburdened. I also got in an hour early for ¥2000 which was really helpful for me!

Great location, room, cleanliness and breakfast
Perfect location (in T3 right next to the departure counters) and spacious room, triple the size compares to other hotel rooms we stayed in Japan previously. The bathroom has separated Bath tub and powerful rain shower & extra shower head (depends on the room type), very clean. Great breakfast with varies choices of both western and Japanese food. 3rd time visit the hotel and will definitely keep coming back.

This is a very conveniently located property in terminal 3 of Haneda airport. However, the room we booked turned out to be tiny to the point of being claustrophobic. The beds were uncomfortably firm and the sink in the bathroom the tiniest I ever seen. A fairly uncomfortable stay. The positives were the cleanness of the room, how quiet it was at night and the fact that we could extend the checkout time by a couple of hours (3000 Yen/hour).
