I enjoyed my stay. The room was small as expected for a room in tokyo, but it was perfect for a single traveler like myself and the room was clean. The room is cleaned every 3 days, which I prefer and they give clean towels almost everyday. The free onsen was very nice. The outdoor bath was especially nice. I went in the early morning and it was always empty. The hotel is right across from kabukicho tower with easy access to the airport limousine bus. Kabukicho is known for the nightlife, clubs/bars, so there will be some noise in the area. About an 8min walk to the train station. Very satisfied with my stay

If you're just looking for a place to sleep this place is great. I dont know about other rooms but mine was very small and when i had my luggage open it was hard to move around in. Its in a very lively part of Shinjuku which is great if you want to party. I often found myself stumbling in at 3 or 4 in the morning lol. The staff is very helpful, when i lost my keycard they replaced with no questions asked. My one and only complaint was not being able to set the temperature for the room, the temperature is set for the whole building so if youre hot at the front desk you'll be hot in your room. They will give you a fan on request though.

The receptionist area is a bit small.
Didn't aware there are 2 APA in the same vicinity. We took a taxi from JR station to the hotel but the taxi driver dropped us off at the other APA, glad it's closed by so we can walk over.

we have booked a non-smoking room but we were given a room that smells awful i had to complain and they brought us an air filter. location-wise, it’s very good since its at the center of everything but it can be noisy at night. reception and staff are very nice though.
