All rooms has a very stinky smell from the toilet
Changed 3 rooms on different levels, all rooms has an awful smell like toilet drain explosives!!!!! So stinky. Luckily only staying 2 nights this time. Public onsen is too small but too many people. There’s no bathroom on the lobby level, very inconvenient. Will never ever stay here ever again.

Very convenient location. Very helpful staff who stored my luggage on both check in and check out days. Rooms are tiny -- like an interior cabin on a cruise ship. My window didn't seal tightly, which let in sound and cold. Heating/cooling is done floor by floor and when I was there Dec 7, I was on a "cold" floor. It was very cold. Staff had to provide a portable heater.

We stayed here for two nights. It’s cool because it’s right next to the Godzilla tower but during the weekend, it was pretty trashy. Lots of people walking around, trash all over the streets, drunk people passed out and vomitting, and the room is loud. They do provide earplugs. But as with other APA hotel, you cannot control the temperature of you Room. One night was really hot, one night was cold. Also, check out is at 10am and they don’t allow check in until 3pm. Early check in is not allowed, and late check out is 2000 yen.

There`s no heater in the room. The temperture is 6 degress outside and I need to wear a jacket when I was in the room. There`s hair in my bathtub.

I have been enjoying my stay at your hotel and have requested turn-down services almost every day. Typically, I found the bed and bathroom neatly arranged when I returned at the end of the day. However, on one occasion, the service did not meet my expectations. The bed blanket wasn’t spread properly, and the bins were not emptied. It would be beneficial if the quality of service provided by your staff could be more consistent.

Right in the center of the chaos lol. If you're looking for the craziness you've seen on videos, you'll find it here. Actually really convenient to and back from Haneda airport via limo bus, the bus terminal is right across the street.

Hotel room good, staff execellent and location good. Issue not like normal hotels, no toilet in lobby, so if you dont have a room or cant check in or out their no toilet. There no chairs in lobby, no where to sit or wait until check in or out. They dont call a taxi for you. Have to get your own. I extended checkbout time and charge 2,000 yen per hour, all orher hotels ans apa are 1,000. Room noisy, hear the street and outsode noisu

Great Hotel
This is a wonderful and friendly hotel chain that is super clean and accessible to many places. The only reason this review is 4/5 is because the neighborhood was like a red light district and not our vibe. Hotel was amazing. We had a top floor and room was lovely.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those wanting to stay around Shinjuku station. It's in a very lively area of Tokyo, close to many bars and restaurants in kabukicho. The only downside was the terrible smell in the bathroom of our room. Raw sewage. Not too bad, but still, not good! Lost a star for that.
