The staff at the club lounge were rude and unhelpful even after i have booked 15 premier grand club lounge rooms. we were asking if we can be on the same floor for our 2 rooms for our family and they would not accomodate and even lied by saying that the 40th floor were all suites, when they were not.

The hotel is very nice. The room we stayed in could use a bit of an update. The mattresses are not pillow top and could be upgraded. As well, it could use new carpet or flooring. Carpet was worn and a bit dirty, especially for the cost of the rooms.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Arriving from a faraway time zone meant I was awake around 4:30 am and would have appreciated a comfortable lobby area to sit and read at that time. There was a fabulous lounge on the 47th floor but it didn’t open until 8 am so that was disappointing. With a caveat about the lack of a comfortable lobby, I would recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Keio plaza. Property was conveniently located. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Laundry facilities were a plus. Would definitely stay here again!
